Concierge Pediatric Care
A Doctor Who Answers When Your Child Needs One
By: Dr. Anita Sabeti
It's 2 AM. Your baby is warm, fussy, and you're not sure if this is a fever or just a rough night. You reach for your phone, and instead of a nurse line or a waiting room, you reach me. The doctor who has known your child since their first days.
That is what concierge pediatric care means: unhurried visits, same-day appointments when your child is sick, and direct access to one doctor who knows your family. I have practiced pediatrics in Beverly Hills since 2007, and I am a mother of two. I know both sides of that 2 AM moment, and I built this practice so no parent has to face it alone.

Every concierge practice works a little differently. Here is what it means with me, in the moments that actually matter to a parent.
When Your Child Wakes Up Sick
You get seen that day. In the office, by video, or by phone. No "first available is Thursday." No urgent care waiting room full of other sick kids.
When You Just Need to Ask
Is this rash normal? Should I worry about this cough? Member families text or call me directly, day or night. Not an answering service. Me.
When You Have a List of Questions
Bring all of them. I keep a deliberately small number of families so no visit is ever rushed. You leave with answers, not with things you forgot to ask.
From Their Very First Days
I conduct newborn rounds at Cedars-Sinai, so I am often the first doctor your baby meets. From there, I follow your child through every stage of growing up.
This whole-child approach is The Thriving Child Framework™. See how care evolves at Care for Every Stage on the homepage, or explore the full list of what membership includes at VIP Membership.
Is Membership Required?
No. Visits are open to every family, and membership is optional. My practice is out of network, and any patient can book a visit on a simple fee-for-service basis, no membership needed.
Membership is for families who want the fullest version of this care: priority scheduling, 24/7 direct access, and the full list of included services. I accept a limited number of new memberships each year, since that limit is what protects the unhurried time every member family receives.
And if you are expecting, I welcome a conversation before your baby is born. Many families first meet me during pregnancy, so that when the big day comes, your baby's doctor is already someone you know and trust.
Especially If You Are a New Parent
- First-time parents who are tired of hearing "that's normal" without an explanation, and want a doctor who takes every question seriously, because to you, none of them are small
- Expecting families who want their baby's doctor chosen, met, and trusted before delivery day, with newborn care starting at Cedars-Sinai
- Parents in the fourth trimester, the messy, sleepless, beautiful first months, who want real guidance on feeding, sleep, and everything nobody warned you about
- Families with older kids too, who are done with rotating providers and want one doctor who knows their child's whole story
Whatever stage you are in, I would be glad to talk it through. Contact my office or call (310) 248-2829.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is concierge pediatric care different from a regular pediatrician?
The biggest difference is access and time. A concierge pediatrician sees a deliberately small number of families, so every visit is unhurried and same-day sick visits are the norm, not the exception. You also reach your doctor directly, not an answering service. For a worried parent, that difference is everything: the person answering your call already knows your child.
Do you take insurance?
My practice is out of network for all insurance plans. After each visit, my office provides a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits. See Insurance and Payments for details.
How much does concierge pediatric care cost?
Individual visits are billed fee-for-service. Optional membership packages bundle the services families use most, often at a meaningful savings, with different packages for different stages of a child's life. See VIP Membership for current packages, or call my office at (310) 248-2829.
Do you make house calls?
Yes. House calls are available for members who prefer to be seen at home, for an additional fee. This can be especially helpful during a newborn's early weeks or when a sick child is more comfortable staying in bed.
How do I become a patient?
Call my office at (310) 248-2829 or use the contact page to request an appointment. My office is located at 9735 Wilshire Blvd, Unit 123, in Beverly Hills, and I welcome new patients year round. If you are interested in membership, ask about joining the waitlist.
We are expecting our first baby. When should we reach out?
Anytime, and earlier is easier. Many families meet me during pregnancy for a get-acquainted conversation, so their baby's doctor is already a familiar face before delivery. Since I conduct newborn rounds at Cedars-Sinai, I am often there for your baby's very first checkup. There is no wrong time to call, and no question too early.
You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone
Parenting comes with a thousand questions, and most of them arrive at inconvenient hours. What I offer is simple: a doctor who knows your child, answers when you call, and never makes you feel rushed. If that is the kind of care you want for your family, I would be glad to hear from you.
